About The Position

As Head of Engineering at Datawizz, you will be responsible for building and leading our engineering team. You will work closely with the founder to define the roadmap, oversee architecture and execution, and ensure our technology scales as we grow. This role involves leading the engineering organization, setting technical direction, priorities, and standards, as well as building and mentoring a world-class engineering team from the ground up. You will oversee the development of our ML routing engine, SLM training pipelines, model evaluation frameworks, and customer-facing platform. Additionally, you will establish engineering processes, best practices, and a high-performance culture while also contributing to the design and build of core systems alongside the team.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams or organizations at startups or high-growth companies
• Experience building and scaling complex distributed systems and developer platforms
• Experience managing and mentoring high-performing technical talent
• Ability to ship products quickly in fast-paced environments
