About The Position
About the Role We are partnering with a high-growth technology company that is focused on strengthening engineering execution as the business continues to scale. The Head of Engineering will be responsible for leading engineering delivery, team performance, and technical execution across the organization. This leader will work closely with Product and executive leadership to ensure engineering teams are aligned, efficient, and delivering high-quality outcomes. This role is well-suited for a senior engineering leader who enjoys being close to execution while still operating at a strategic level.
