We’re looking for an experienced engineering leader to join as Head of Engineering. You’ll: Solve complex technical challenges with efficient, innovative solutions. Translate customer feedback into meaningful product improvements. Design, evaluate, and implement full end-to-end solutions. Lead a team of ~5 engineers. Manage project requirements, priorities, and deliverables on schedule. Own technical projects and processes. Report directly to the founder and collaborate closely with other functions (e.g. design, product, etc.). We are a fast-moving, early-stage software company building operational tools for senior living. Our mission is to deliver automation and data-driven insights to help operators improve care quality, optimize labor spend, and boost operational margins — all while simplifying workflows and avoiding redundant systems. We’re a small team (~10–11 employees), proud of our startup-culture velocity, and committed to building high-quality, impactful technology for underserved user segments.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering / Computer Science — or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year leading a team.
  • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript , Node.js , and React .
  • Deep Git proficiency.
  • Comfortable functioning as a full-stack engineering leader.
  • Product-oriented mindset and willingness to understand business context.
  • Experience running agile development processes.
  • Passion for solving complex problems, exploring new technologies (e.g. AI, voice-to-script, hardware), and building for scale.
  • Ability to clearly articulate trade-offs (features vs resources vs speed) to non-technical stakeholders.
