About The Position
Motiv Power Systems is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Engineering to lead all aspects of Core and Systems engineering. This role is pivotal in driving product creation and launch, aiming to position Motiv as a leading medium-duty commercial electric truck OEM by 2026. The Head of Engineering will be the ultimate technical authority across all engineering departments, responsible for establishing strong technical capabilities and ensuring the successful design, development, and launch of new electric truck products.
