Requirements

  • Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Data Science, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Data Science, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
  • Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timelines, and status documents;
  • Designing and automating the end-to-end DevOps ecosystem, including the SDLC from inception to design, deployment, operation, and refinement;
  • Developing CI/CD tools in Python and writing automation Bash Shell scripts;
  • Applying data visualizations to develop strategy and leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to drive business growth; and
  • Identifying, recording, resolving, and documenting software bugs, including tracking bugs and test metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and manage multiple engineering teams across all phases of design, development, and deployment for software products and services.
  • Maintain services to meet service-level-agreements (SLAs) or service-level-objectives (SLOs) by measuring and monitoring availability, performance, and overall system health.
  • Guide teams in improving internal and external procedures and protocols to identify and remedy issues, better efficiency and performance, and diligently monitor deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members and enhance technical capabilities.
  • Introduce new techniques and methods to improve team productivity.
  • Help solve engineering problems and contribute to creative solutions.
  • Make a reasonable working plan for the team to achieve the goals of better quality.
  • Mentor junior-level team members.
