Our mission on the Search Serving Platform team is to drive this transformation by delivering low-latency, highly-relevant, and reliable search experience for all Atlassian users across all surfaces by powering scalable runtime systems, query orchestration, and robust serving infrastructure. Fast, accurate results for every query. We're looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to lead our growing Search Serving Platform organization. You will bring a wealth of experience in managing teams globally, deep expertise in search systems and success in delivering highly technical multi-quarter roadmaps on the journey to building the world’s most transformative enterprise search experience. You will also need to be comfortable with ambiguity and possess tools to work through ambiguity, craft strategy and drive execution. You will be able to inspire your teams, distributed across geographies, and guide them to world-class engineering and operational standards while helping define and drive our long term technical strategy for cutting edge search.
