As the Head of Engineering for Internal Applications and Tools, you will lead engineering teams responsible for building and evolving Unite Us’ internal developer platform. This includes identity and access management, auditing and compliance, interoperability services, and front-end development frameworks. You’ll act as both a technical leader and product owner, prioritizing the needs of internal development teams as your primary customers. This role requires an enterprise mindset, a deep understanding of platform engineering, and the ability to lead through influence and collaboration. You will define strategy, ensure secure and scalable architecture, and foster a high-performing culture that empowers engineering teams to work more efficiently and securely.
