Requirements

Extensive experience in aviation engineering, certification, or MRO environments
Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and programs
Strong knowledge of FAA and international regulatory frameworks

Responsibilities

Oversee engineering and certification activities, ensuring compliance with FAA and international regulations
Lead and optimize engineering workflows for efficiency and quality outcomes
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and program risks
Ensure engineering programs are executed on schedule and within regulatory requirements
Maintain and enhance company engineering procedures, policies, and standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and certification processes
Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and technical bid submissions
Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to improve operational performance
Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams to build a strong leadership pipeline
