You will lead a talented team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and shape the future of our analytics platform.
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Define and execute the engineering vision and roadmap for the Data Experiences and Analytics Visualization Platform.
- Oversee the architecture, design, and development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance data and visualization products.
- Ensure best practices in software engineering, data engineering, and visualization technologies.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and professional development.
- Product & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and other stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver value and impact.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer in all engineering decisions.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering quality, delivery, and reliability.
- Implement robust processes for agile development, code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships as needed.
- Innovation & Strategy: Stay abreast of industry trends in data analytics, visualization, and platform engineering.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Champion a data-driven culture across the organization.
