About The Position

You will lead our Digital and eCommerce practice with a focus on E2E omnichannel strategy, supporting our entire North America Health Systems portfolio. Your role includes developing a comprehensive E2E eCommerce and Digital Strategy and Roadmap to grow our North America digital order book by delivering on business and customer impact goals. You will manage a team of digital experts focused in eCommerce, Customer Nurture, Account Based Marketing, Digital Sales Enablement, Web, and Campaign Activation. Additionally, you will work closely with region and business teams across disciplines to build a comprehensive and underpinned holistic strategy while gaining buy-in and alignment to ensure success. You will leverage digital trends from the healthcare industry, emerging technologies, competitor activities, and market dynamics to drive innovation and differentiation. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain a wide network of internal stakeholders and advocate and negotiate for support across several functions. Building strong relationships and facilitating open communication to drive consensus and enable successful execution is key. You will also work closely with our Global Digital Center of Excellence to ensure North America regional opportunities and needs are an integral part of our Philips global digital strategy and enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in eCommerce/Digital Marketing/Marketing/Sales Operations or similar.
  • Healthcare technology marketing experience a plus.
  • Robust omni-channel and Digital and eCommerce experience.
  • Experience working in a large global company.
  • Strong understanding of the Marketing Technology landscape.
  • Performance-oriented mindset with a track record of owning and achieving/exceeding KPIs.
