About The Position
The Head of Development will lead CleanCapital's project development team, executing on an aggressive strategy to establish CleanCapital as a leader in DG solar and energy storage development over the next five years. This role will oversee the CleanCapital Development team, manage CleanCapital's development pipeline, ensuring that projects advance on time and within budget; coordinate across the organization to ensure seamless handoffs at critical project milestones; and continually assess the economic viability of projects at each stage of the project lifecycle to ensure that development capital is committed effectively. This position reports to CleanCapital's Chief Development Officer and has direct reports overseeing engineering, project management, and channel partnerships.
