About The Position
At Realtor.com, we have among the most comprehensive and accurate coverage of real estate listings and the most engaged users across all the online real estate portals. Our mission is to make buying, selling, renting, and living in homes easier and more rewarding for everyone. We are seeking a Head of Developer Productivity to lead and evolve the core technology foundation of Realtor.com. This role is dynamic, forward-looking, and growth-oriented, overseeing two key teams - Developer Experience (DevEx) and Service Infrastructure - while building the infrastructure team of the future. You will have the freedom and resources to strategically grow, restructure, and optimize your organization to meet the demands of tomorrow. This is a hybrid role based in Austin where you will be required in the office three days a week.
