The role is accountable for maintaining structural integrity, improving data quality, enabling automation, and ensuring downstream reporting and integration alignment. The position also incorporates the use of AI and machine learning to detect data anomalies, enhance validation, and accelerate remediation efforts.

  • Deep expertise in master data structures for COA, entities, cost centers, vendor master, and employee master.
  • Hands-on experience working with D365 (ERP) and Coupa, including structural design, data integrity, workflow alignment, and integration considerations.
  • Proven success implementing automated data validation rules, quality monitoring, workflows, and exception handling.
  • Strong understanding of data flows across HRIS, ERP, procurement, AP, and FP&A systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and governance forums across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data issues into clear actions for functional and technical stakeholders.

  • Enterprise Data Quality Management Own enterprise-wide data quality controls, validation rules, profiling logic, and monitoring across HR, Finance, AP, and Procurement domains.
  • Design and implement automated validation rules within D365, Coupa, and integration layers to prevent incorrect or incomplete master data entry.
  • Build dashboards and automated health metrics that measure data quality and provide real-time or near-real-time insights.
  • Apply AI/ML algorithms to detect anomalies, recurring errors, and patterns of misalignment across data flows.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses on recurring issues affecting end-to-end processes, including Coupa → D365 → FP&A and HR → D365 → FP&A integrations.
  • Ensure integrations incorporate automated exception handling, reconciliation routines, and intelligent error routing.
