As the Head of Data and Analytics, you will develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for data and analytics at LiveRamp, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term strategic objectives. You will drive cross-functional innovation and influence the broader organizational strategy through data-driven insights and initiatives. Leading the transformation of data infrastructure and analytics capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making will be a key focus, as well as advocating for and implementing best practices in data management, analytics, and governance. In this role, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers, business intelligence, and product intelligence professionals, while also partnering and influencing senior leaders across various departments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Finance, will be essential to ensure data strategies align with business goals. You will drive a data-centric culture, promoting the value of data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will own the end-to-end execution of the data strategy, from data acquisition to data visualization, ensuring alignment with the broader company vision. Leading large-scale transformation projects and managing complex, multi-functional initiatives that significantly impact business outcomes will be part of your responsibilities. You will oversee the design, implementation, and management of scalable data architectures, pipelines, and analytics tools, ensuring the timely delivery of data insights that empower product teams to optimize product performance and customer experiences. Your experience in designing and implementing robust business intelligence systems that streamline KPI reporting, enhance data visualization, and support real-time decision-making will be crucial. Utilizing modern data technologies including BigQuery, DBT, FiveTran, Tableau, and other relevant tools, you will build a robust data ecosystem. You will evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that enhance data processing, storage, and analysis capabilities, while implementing automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of data operations. Establishing and maintaining data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements will also be a key responsibility, along with developing policies and procedures for data management, access, and usage across the organization.
