The Customer Fleet Management (CFM) team plays a key role within the CTS organization, building long-term partnerships with strategic customers to drive GS growth. Focused on major Oil & Gas accounts, the team ensures maximum fleet availability and reliability - the KPIs our customers value most. Working closely with customers, CFM provides transparent reporting, minimizes product issues, and identifies service opportunities. The team collaborates with Sales and Engineering to optimize system performance, proactively manages risks, and supports CTS teams with both preventive and corrective actions.

  • Leadership and development of a global team of Customer Fleet Managers to ensure maximum fleet availability and reliability.
  • Analysis of the Oil & Gas customer base, assets, and requirements, ensuring a unified customer approach across all business areas.
  • Coordination with Execution Units, Sales, Engineering, and regional teams to optimize customer relationships and service quality.
  • Building and maintaining strategic customer partnerships, representing Siemens Energy in management meetings and customer reviews Promotion of a safety, learning, and performance culture aligned with the Adaptive Cultures framework, including implementation of Zero Harm and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Oversight of team growth, competency development, and continuous performance evaluation based on defined KPIs.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred!
  • 10 + years in service commercialization, sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of the Oil & Gas Services and Distributed Generation markets, including digitalization strategies and business processes Proficiency in Salesforce, project and risk management, and process optimization methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills with a customer-focused and pragmatic mindset.
  • Excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels and intercultural competence within a global environment.
