Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field and 10 years of work experience in the job offered or a related occupation
  • Requires 10 years of work experience in the following skills: Innovate and develop step-changing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive short term and long term growth
  • Prioritize across initiatives and stakeholders to ensure that the team is delivering the most impact
  • Partner w/ XFN to drive infra requests, operational excellence and process efficiencies
  • Drive step changing demand generation strategy for tenured programs
  • Work with a global team, including direct reports working remotely and Incorporate a data-driven mindset and leveraging a scale approach to drive global impact with localized approach

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for partnering with multiple internal teams, including product manager, product marketing, sales, program manager, demand management, data science, creative, marketing ops and analytics teams to plan, build, and launch marketing campaigns anchoring to drive and sustain customer engagements on key company initiatives, or drive demand into Sales Programs.
  • Driving the analytical insight necessary to understand our customers’ needs and maximize impact while figuring out how to get things done without relying on others to do the job.
  • Building marketing strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for creative strategy through processing that will rapidly earn trust and credibility with stakeholders.
  • Must demonstrate leadership, strategic and critical thinking, and executional excellence.
