About The Position

As our Contract Testing Services (CTS) Head of Data & AI Enablement, you will drive the delivery of a robust data and digital product ecosystem that fuels advanced analytics and AI/ML initiatives across the organization. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of management experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, Digital Products, or AI/ML Enablement.
• Master's Degree and at least 6 years of related experience.
• PhD and at least 4 years of related experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as cGMP, GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
• Experience in validation and compliance practices.
• Familiarity with AI/ML practices including model lifecycle management.
• Experience establishing effective strategic plans and business objectives for AI/ML adoption.
