Vanguard’s Personal Investor Distribution Strategy & Enablement function serves as a linchpin for growth by delivering core distribution strategies, capabilities, and regulatory guidance that enable Vanguard to acquire, retain, and deepen relationships with clients. Vanguard aspires to be our clients’ trusted provider for life, building a relationship with investors that spans enrolling in a 401(k) at their first job to working with an advisor on legacy planning, and all the milestones in between. As the head of Crossover/Rollover Distribution Strategy, you will work closely with senior leaders and business partners to ensure success of the business by: Partnering closely to drive our overarching strategy; evaluate opportunities for growth through analysis of industry trends, competitor strategies, internal dynamics, and consumer needs/preferences. Leading the development and implementation of a focused crossover/rollover experience. Influencing and managing the cross-divisional human channel strategy, partnering with stakeholders to source and prioritize lead opportunities. Overseeing Crossover/Rollover reporting and governance for Personal Investor; serve as Distribution’s subject matter expert for all things Crossover/Rollover. The ideal candidate will: Drive strong business outcomes by leading strategy engagements and implementation efforts. Build and lead effective and high-functioning teams, leveraging each member’s unique background and perspectives to drive the best results. Develop and manage effective working relationships with key stakeholders/business partners across the enterprise.
