About The Position
New internal opportunity has become available in Bogota as Controlling Operations Hub Head for the Bogota Hub. In this role you will implement and manage the Controlling Operations services for Sanofi in line with the global Controlling core model. With a direct team of five, you will be leading the Controlling Service Lines (Transversal, GBU, M&S and R&D) with a total of 100+ FTEs. As Controlling Operations Hub Head, you will deliver daily services and ensuring business continuity, as well as contributing to the process standardization and implementation of transformation projects for the Controlling organization. The role is part of a high performing team centred on becoming a best-in-class Controlling organization. The Controlling Operations Bogota Hub Head will be reporting to the Global Head of Controlling Operations Delivery and will be part of the Controlling Operations Leadership Team. Additionally, this role will be part of Bogota Hub Leadership Team, ensuring transversality and contributing to the overall development of the centre.
