About The Position

Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack — an AI-powered content engine that turns executive thought leadership into pipeline at scale. We help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive-led content that drives revenue, not vanity metrics. Backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google, we added $1M in ARR in the last 30 days and are hiring to keep up with that momentum. We're looking for a Head of Content who combines executive presence with strong operator instincts. You've reported into CMOs and senior executives, you know how to translate business goals into content strategy, and you can execute at the highest level without hand-holding.

Requirements

  • Has worked directly with or reported into CMOs, CROs, or senior executives
  • Strong content and storytelling instincts — can turn a raw conversation into a high-performing post
  • Executive presence — calm, credible, and trusted at the C-suite level
  • AI-native — comfortable using AI tools to scale content output
  • Highly organized with consistent follow-through
  • Has operated in a fast-moving, lightly structured environment

Responsibilities

  • Own content strategy and execution across Virio's highest-impact client accounts
  • Interview executives and extract insights that become high-performing LinkedIn content
  • Use Virio's AI-powered systems to generate content at scale — and apply human judgment to make it great
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and serve as a strategic partner
  • Manage accounts end to end — from onboarding through ongoing performance
  • Refine and scale Virio's content and CS playbooks as the company grows
