About The Position

Are you a passionate reader? Do you want to help readers discover their next favorite read? The Amazon Books marketing team believes reading is essential for a healthy society. Come join our team on our mission to inspire readers by making it easy to read more and get more out of reading. We're seeking a strategic leader to drive the long-term vision and execution of our Books Content & Publisher Marketing function, focused on elevating books in popular culture, driving discovery, and delighting readers and industry partners. This position is a people manager role, leading initiatives that involve engagement across product, vendor management, finance, editorial, business intelligence within the Books org and amongst other media-focused teams at Amazon (Video, Music, Podcasting). This role is responsible with fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision making.
