About The Position

This role exists to own and scale the executive content engine, with a primary focus on LinkedIn thought leadership and founder voice. You will act as both a ghostwriter and strategic partner, shaping how senior leadership communicates publicly. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to produce high-quality, high-frequency content that builds authority, drives engagement, and strengthens brand positioning. The role is both execution-heavy and strategic, requiring someone who can write at speed while also identifying content opportunities and growth levers. This is a fast-paced, high-performance environment where responsiveness, precision, and originality are critical. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, deeply understands LinkedIn dynamics, and thrives in a setting where quality and speed are equally important.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or ghostwriting roles
  • Proven experience writing for founders, executives, or leadership teams
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn content strategy and performance dynamics
  • Near-native English communication skills with strong US cultural fluency
  • Experience working with multinational or US/EU-facing companies
  • Strong ability to operate in fast-paced environments with high responsiveness
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs) in content workflows
  • Ability to manage high-volume output without compromising quality
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to propose content ideas independently

Responsibilities

  • CEO Content Ghostwriting – 40%
  • Write and publish daily LinkedIn content aligned with the CEO’s voice and tone
  • Develop compelling hooks, narratives, and perspectives that drive engagement
  • Draft supporting content for podcast episodes and key announcements
  • Analyze performance and iterate content strategies based on results
  • Executive & Partnerships Content – 25%
  • Produce LinkedIn content multiple times per week for partnerships and corporate teams
  • Maintain distinct voices across multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership on messaging and positioning
  • Strategy & Proactive Content Development – 20%
  • Propose and execute new content initiatives and growth strategies
  • Contribute to podcast content direction and long-term roadmap
  • Support SEO and digital content strategies to enhance online presence
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization – 10%
  • Monitor content performance metrics and identify trends
  • Apply insights to improve engagement and reach
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations for content improvements
  • Tooling, Automation & SEO Content – 5%
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline content production workflows
