About The Position

Remote (Work may be performed anywhere in the United States We believe community is not a “nice to have.” It is a growth engine. A moat. A force multiplier across product, brand, and revenue. We’re looking for a world-class Head of Community to design, build, and scale a community that people genuinely want to belong to - one that drives engagement, advocacy, referrals, and long-term loyalty. This is a senior, high-impact role. You will own community strategy end-to-end and sit at the center of our growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years building and scaling communities at high-growth startups or platforms
  • Proven experience taking a community from early days to meaningful scale
  • Track record of creating highly engaged, loyal, and self-sustaining communities
  • Experience running advisory groups, ambassador programs, and referrals
  • Strong operator who can turn ideas into repeatable systems
  • Exceptional storyteller — written, verbal, and on stage
  • Deep empathy for customers and an instinct for what creates belonging
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally at the executive level
  • Data-informed, but human-first

Nice To Haves

  • Real estate experience is a plus - not a requirement
  • Elite community builders can learn the domain

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the company-wide community strateg
  • Design programs that turn users into advocates, ambassadors, and champions
  • Build and operate advisory councils (agents, team leaders, brokers, operators
  • Create scalable engagement loops across digital and in-person touchpoints
  • Launch and grow referral, ambassador, and peer-to-peer programs
  • Develop rituals, events, and moments that create belonging and momentum
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Represent the company publicly in community-facing forums and events
  • Translate community insights into product and go-to-market decision
  • Measure and optimize community health, engagement, and impact
