Head of Communications & Public Relations @ NET-A-PORTER
About The Position
Public Relations Drive brand awareness and enhance brand familiarity through earned media coverage, positioning NET-A-PORTER as leading online destinations for luxury fashion. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior media contacts to secure impactful, high-quality coverage and foster positive brand sentiment. Collaborate with global teams to establish US earned media targets, ensuring alignment with overarching global strategies, while tracking and reporting performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Elevate the profiles of brand spokespeople through strategic media opportunities and thought leadership platforms. Events Shape and deliver events and partnership activations that support regional customer and commercial objectives. Partner with HQ teams and strategic brand partners to develop integrated marketing, PR, and event strategies that drive visibility and differentiation for NET-A-PORTER. Collaborate closely with Personal Shopping teams to ensure all event opportunities are maximized for both client impact and brand visibility. Oversee the planning and execution of regional brand activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards, customer strategy, and commercial priorities. The type of person we are looking for: Previous experience operating in Senior Marketing or Communications position within the luxury fashion industry Demonstrate a solid understanding of the luxury fashion industry in the digital space Significant experience managing and developing a team Exceptional writing, media and event production skills Proven commercial experience with working in a fast-paced environment Strong senior media and influencer contacts Proven track record of creating a positive impact on business through implementation of a marketing and PR strategy Attributes Excellent communication and presentation skills and professional manner Pro-active and able to demonstrate results against initiative/ideas Creative and strategic thinker Able to identify communication opportunities across multiple media platform
Requirements
