About The Position

We are looking for an energetic Sales & Operations Manager to support the growth of our business in Savannah, GA. This position blends business development with day -to -day operational leadership, making it a great fit for someone with both sales experience and a background in the commercial cleaning industry. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in new business while helping ensure excellent service for our commercial customers. You will connect with prospective clients, explain our services, prepare proposals, and secure new accounts. In addition, you will assist with coordinating operations, monitoring job quality, and occasionally supporting carpet cleaning, floor care, upholstery cleaning, or restoration work when necessary. This is an opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence in a growing market while making a meaningful impact on both sales and operations.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the commercial cleaning industry is required
  • Previous sales experience in B2B or service -related industries
  • Understanding of carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, upholstery cleaning, or restoration services
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship -building abilities
  • Able to balance multiple responsibilities and help lead a small team
  • Self -driven, dependable, and motivated to succeed
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through networking, outreach, and face -to -face visits
  • Introduce and explain carpet cleaning, floor care, upholstery cleaning, and restoration services to prospective clients
  • Prepare proposals, follow up with leads, and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong client relationships and track sales activity in the CRM system
  • Support service delivery by assisting with carpet, floor, upholstery, and restoration projects when needed
  • Monitor job performance and ensure all services meet company standards for quality
  • Work closely with technicians to coordinate schedules, service delivery, and daily operations
