We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Commercial to lead and expand our client's go to market strategies across their contract research & development offerings.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic commercial plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with emerging & established pharma & biotech customers.
Lead deal structuring and negotiation, ensuring both immediate revenue and long-term value creation.
Understand the latest industry trends and technical developments in cell line development and CMC to enhance business growth.
Requirements
Extensive experience (10+ years) in CDMO/CRO sales with a focus on biologics, cell therapy, gene therapy, or related fields.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong technical understanding of cell line development and CMC.
Previous experience building and leading startup sales teams.
