Proven track record in designing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and strengthen brand presence. Experienced in managing diverse sales teams and building strong relationships with key accounts, including corporate and public-sector clients. Skilled at collaborating with vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, and service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and long-term business success. Combines commercial insight with technical knowledge of automotive products to deliver data-driven decisions and innovative solutions. Strong negotiator with experience handling complex contracts and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  • Over 10 years of proven experience in commercial automotive sales and brand management.
  • Expertise in B2B sales, key account management, and fleet solutions.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • In-depth understanding of automotive products, customer needs, and industry regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial brand strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability.
  • Achieve and consistently achieve sales targets through targeted business development and effective sales leadership.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across fleet, corporate, and public sectors within the automotive industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, dealers, and strategic partners.
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales teams, aligning goals with business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and optimize product positioning.
  • Lead negotiations for major contracts, tenders, and fleet deals, ensuring favorable terms and sustainable partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with after-sales, marketing, and service departments to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales standards.
