About The Position

Sensi is redefining how care organizations support aging at home by using it’s Care Intelligence platform to translate everyday signals into meaningful clinical and operational outcomes.
Sensi’s platform is deployed across 50 states in leading home-care providers, supporting tens of thousands of seniors aging safely at home. By transforming real-world activity in the home into actionable insights, Sensi enables care teams to detect changes in condition earlier, intervene proactively, and deliver higher-quality care at scale.
The insights geneared by Sensi are already shaping how providers think about risk, prevention, and quality of care.
As Head of Clinical Excellence & Quality, you will build on this strong foundation - deepening the clinical evidence, expanding measurable outcomes, and helping define the standards that will shape the market.
You will also serve as a clinical evangelist, advancing Sensi’s mission to transform home-based care while working closely with our partners across the senior care ecosystem.

Requirements

• Clinical Leader: Licensed clinician (RN, NP, MD, OT, or MSW) with 10+ years of experience in senior care, home-based care, or healthcare delivery.
• Health Tech Experience: Proven track record of building clinical quality and outcome frameworks within a hyper-growth healthtech company.
• Clinical Evangelist: A clinical thought leader comfortable engaging with enterprise customers, healthcare executives, and payer stakeholders as the clinical voice of the company.
• Data-Oriented Thinker: A strategic thinker capable of synthesizing cross-functional data into actionable insights and roadmaps. Experienced in developing clinical outcome and ROI frameworks that demonstrate real-world value.
• Strategic Operator: A proactive, self-driven leader who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Strategy: Build on Sensi’s strong clinical foundation and deepen the clinical frameworks, metrics, and outcome standards that demonstrate the impact of Sensi’s platform.
• Clinical Outcomes & Quality: Lead large-scale projects and studies focusing on connecting the Sensi data to real-world outcomes, while working closely with our partners to further enhance best-in-class playbooks for preventative care.
• Strategic Engagement: Lead key customer and partner conversations sharing the clinical angle and feedback.
• Market Evangelism: Serve as the clinical voice in the industry. Engaging with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to help reimagine how care is delivered in the home.
• Product Partnership: Partner closely with Product and R&D to leverage and scale Sensi’s established clinical foundation, translating frontline care needs and evidence-based protocols into product direction.
