About The Position

Our client is seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Head of Casino to lead the overall casino product, commercial strategy, and performance across multiple brands and markets. This leadership role sits at the intersection of CRM, Product, BI, and Vendor Management, with full ownership of casino P&L performance. The successful candidate will drive GGR growth, optimize margins, oversee supplier strategy, and ensure a best-in-class player experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in iGaming, with significant exposure to casino operations and commercial strategy
  • Proven experience in a senior or leadership role within casino/product/commercial functions
  • Deep understanding of slot mechanics, live casino economics, RTP models, and bonus abuse patterns
  • Strong track record of negotiating with Tier 1 providers
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic, data-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge both internal and external partners

  • Experience working with aggregators (e.g., Hub88, EveryMatrix)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Smartico, Optimove)
  • Exposure to risk, fraud, and compliance considerations within casino strategy

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall casino strategy across all brands and markets
  • Own the casino roadmap, aligning product, content, and promotional strategy with business objectives
  • Oversee game portfolio performance, lobby experience, and player lifecycle optimization
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to implement AI-driven personalization, recommendation engines, and performance models
  • Ensure alignment between acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies
  • Own and evolve the global game positioning strategy (Top Games, Trending, New Releases, GEO-specific placements)
  • Optimize game ordering and visibility based on performance, player behavior, and market trends
  • Establish frameworks for managing high-risk or bonus-abusive games, including restrictions and monitoring
  • Align lobby structure with CRM campaigns, acquisition funnels, and retention mechanics
  • Lead strategic relationships with all game providers and aggregators
  • Define and execute supplier strategy, including portfolio diversification and provider prioritization
  • Conduct executive-level performance reviews with key vendors
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, including revenue share, exclusivity, and strategic partnerships
  • Secure high-value promotions, tournaments, and bespoke commercial opportunities
  • Oversee promotional strategy in collaboration with CRM teams
  • Ensure vendor-funded campaigns are maximized and aligned with commercial objectives
  • Validate promotional mechanics against profitability and projected uplift
  • Review post-campaign performance, ensuring clear ROI and continuous optimization
  • Own key casino KPIs including GGR, Hold, Bonus Cost, and Net Revenue
  • Monitor performance across GEOs, providers, and player segments
  • Define strategies to manage bonus exposure, RTP impact, and provider concentration risk
  • Implement controls such as exposure caps, wagering restrictions, and content optimization strategies
  • Identify underperforming areas and drive structured improvement plans
  • Oversee all commercial agreements, including revenue share structures, minimum guarantees, and fee models
  • Provide strategic input into contract negotiations and approvals
  • Ensure full visibility and control over supplier costs, commitments, and commercial performance
  • Partner with Legal and Finance on contract structuring and risk management
