The Head of Business Systems leads the strategy, implementation, and operation of The Nuclear Company's (TNC) enterprise applications and business workflows, with a primary focus on ERP transformation and enterprise integration. This role requires deep expertise in end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations and the ability to articulate complex implementation methodologies to both technical and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions to ensure systems meet business needs and scale effectively. This is a foundational build-and-mature role requiring both hands-on technical expertise in system integration, and data architecture, as well as strategic vision for enterprise systems maturity. The role demands someone who can architect secure, scalable integrations while maintaining data sovereignty and compliance requirements.
