This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping the commercial trajectory of a cutting-edge decentralized storage protocol. You will define go-to-market strategies, build high-impact partnerships, and drive adoption across enterprise, AI, and Web3 ecosystems. This position offers the opportunity to create a business development foundation from the ground up, balancing near-term wins with long-term ecosystem growth. The role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure commercial insights inform technical and strategic priorities. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy roles, ideally in Web3, cloud, storage, or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of originating, structuring, and closing complex partnerships.
  • Strong professional network across Web3 protocols, enterprise technology, and AI ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized storage, cloud, or related infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling early-stage projects from zero to one.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments and take ownership of business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies across AI, enterprise, and Web3 verticals to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with protocols, storage providers, enterprises, and ecosystem players.
  • Secure pilot customers, design partners, and lighthouse use cases to accelerate adoption of storage solutions.
  • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities balancing immediate business wins with long-term ecosystem expansion.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure commercial feedback informs roadmap, positioning, and technical priorities.
  • Lay the foundation for a future business development and growth organization as the protocol scales.
