We are hiring a Head of Business Development who will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and executing strategic initiatives including partnerships, content licensing & distribution, platform expansion, and expanded monetization offerings. This role will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and established relationships in the digital video and social media space, enabling them to lead and deliver the strategic and business development vision for the Content Management Business Unit. The Head of Business Development will oversee the development of compelling pitch materials, sales processes, and new partner analysis. They will manage the entire new partnerships funnel from prospecting to execution, which includes creating proposals, negotiating, and managing agreements with partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The role also involves identifying potential new revenue streams related to Content Management for enterprise partners, contributing to growth, engagement, and revenue optimization. The candidate will strategically lead and support the Content Management business development team to optimize revenue generation from various solutions for our global enterprise clients, ensuring revenue targets are met. Additionally, the Head of Business Development will develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with top Content Management partners, understand their core needs, and identify opportunities for growth. They will also represent RHEI at industry events and conferences, work closely with cross-functional teams for successful integration and execution of partnerships, and collaborate with the R&D team to develop solutions and technology to support business development initiatives. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
