As the Head of Business Development, Deal & Transaction Services within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in a location within PNC's footprint. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. This role is a critical member of the team leading a journey to support and sustain PNC’s strategic growth. You will be responsible for leading the distribution strategy for the bank's Escrow, Paying Agent, and Shareholder Representative services. You will define the sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and lead business development efforts directly impacting PNC’s market positioning for diversifying distribution. The role focuses on serving clients involved in complex transactions like mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, private equity, capital markets transactions, employee compensation, and litigation. With an experienced team, we source new opportunities from both external partner relationships and through existing PNC clients. Our services provide protection, transparency, and simplicity for all parties in a transaction.
