About The Position
The Head of Broad-based Compensation is responsible for developing, designing, maintaining, and implementing Invesco's broad-based compensation programs. As a key member of the Total Rewards team, the Head of Broad-based Compensation will work with key stakeholders across the company's regions and functions. The Head of Broad-based Compensation will bring significant expertise in the development and execution of compensation programs that attract and retain talent across multiple functional areas and disciplines in a competitive landscape. Lead the strategic review, design, implementation, and communication of the Invesco broad-based compensation programs.
