Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing leadership, specializing in strategy and creative direction.
  • Proven track record of multi-channel storytelling for high-growth digital products.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Experience in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies.
  • People-first leadership style with a focus on mentoring and fostering creative environments.
  • Deep understanding of modern marketing strategies for family and consumer tech audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Experience in contributing to integrated campaigns across various media.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team across PR, organic social, education, content, and creative brand design.
  • Own and drive the brand strategy, ensuring seamless alignment and authenticity across all touchpoints.
  • Guide the creation of engaging, on-brand copy and creative for campaigns and various platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align the brand with business goals and product realities.
  • Cultivate high-impact partnerships with external agencies to translate business objectives into cohesive narratives.
  • Analyze audience insights and campaign performance to refine messaging and storytelling approaches.
  • Identify and develop new storytelling opportunities to strengthen brand relevance.
  • Maintain awareness of consumer behavior and industry trends to keep the brand modern and differentiated.
  • Own and evolve brand standards to ensure consistency while allowing for flexibility.
