We are looking for a visionary Head of Brand to craft and evolve our brand strategy and lead how our brand shows up in the everyday moments that matter most to families. This role is responsible for both defining the brand vision and owning its execution — from narrative and messaging to visual storytelling and the creation of ads across key broadcast and performance channels. The impact reaches beyond awareness to cultivate a true sense of belonging. You’ll shape a voice grounded in empathy, encouragement, and inclusivity, honoring the diversity of family structures, cultures, and financial journeys. Through thoughtful, human-centered storytelling and creative work, you’ll help families see themselves in our brand — not just as customers, but as a community we’re growing with. You’ll build a brand that feels like a trusted partner to families — one that grows with them over time and supports learning, confidence, and independence at every stage. This role reports to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer.
