The Head of Brand Marketing is responsible for building and scaling a nationally recognizable brand with a clear and compelling value proposition, supporting Empower’s ambition to build lifelong financial relationships with customers. This leader owns brand strategy and expression, paid media, sponsorships and partnerships, and the in-house creative agency. They serve as the enterprise brand steward, ensuring the brand is expressed consistently and powerfully across all customer touchpoints. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is a key member of the Marketing Leadership team, leads a 50+ person brand and creative organization and plays a central role in driving sustainable brand growth in support of enterprise objectives.
