As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to lead the next evolution of the Native Pet brand and help shape one of the most exciting emerging brands in pet wellness. The Role We’re looking for a big-thinking brand builder and storyteller who knows how to create brands that people talk about. The Head of Brand Marketing will steward the full Native Pet brand ecosystem, spanning brand strategy, integrated campaigns, organic social, PR, partnerships, creators, out-of-home, and experiential activations. This leader will play a central role in shaping how Native Pet shows up in culture, translating our mission into compelling storytelling and memorable brand moments that build lasting emotional connections with dog parents. This role requires someone who can operate at both visionary and executional levels: developing bold brand ideas while leading teams and partners to bring them to life across channels. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of modern brand building, including how to create culturally resonant work that earns attention and drives viral conversation.
