About The Position
The primary responsibilities of the Head of Branch Banking is Administration and Business Development. This role involves planning, organizing, managing, and controlling assigned branches in support of BankUnited's Strategic and Annual Plans. The Head of Branch Banking acts as a liaison for major initiatives of other corporate departments and oversees line of business financials, leading Retail Executives and all Market Leaders in Florida. Additionally, the position coordinates all market branch activities related to deposit and loan growth and represents BankUnited as its most Senior Officer within assigned markets.
