We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, vision, and execution for our pay later products globally. This leader will own PayPal's global pay later roadmap, including our geo-expansion plans, consumer products, direct to consumer (DTC) products, and merchant products. This leader will be responsible for building world-class consumer and merchant experiences that deepen engagement, drive growth, and strengthen our brand. To be successful, you will need to thrive on changing the status quo but also remain laser focused on working customer back, making every experience seamless, simple, and intuitive for both our consumers and merchants. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of consumer and merchant behavior.
