Lead the bank’s remote self-serve and branch cash automation strategy to continuously evolve cash automation hardware and software as a strategic channel of customer and associate convenience. This role owns the end-to-end strategy, standards, contracts and financial performance of all cash access technologies, including ATMs, ITMs, and Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs) across First Horizon’s footprint. The strategy lead will operate as a core component of the Consumer Distribution team owning long-term planning, hardware and software standards, vendor strategy and ROI of cash automation investments in support of distribution convenience strategy and digital migration goals. Operating independently from day-to-day execution, this role sets direction and approves strategy while partnering with ATM Operations, Product, and Technology, Consumer Strategy, Design & Function, Market Planners, and Program Implementation to translate network strategy into approved initiatives. You build and maintain a database that tracks the self-service network performance over time. This data will be analyze to continually increase ROI, utilization, and client convenience by optimizing access points, formats, and configurations. You are accountable for the strategy and performance of the self‑serve network across the footprint. Operates as the specialized owner of self-serve and TCRs within Consumer Distribution. Consolidate inputs from Market Planners and Design & Function into a single plan for self-serve actions; coordinate delivery with Program Implementation to meet schedule and budget while maintaining governance, documentation, required approvals, and regulatory notifications. Track post‑implementation performance versus expected outcomes and provide structured feedback to Strategy so the roadmap gets smarter over time.
