About The Position

An exciting opportunity to have a major impact on the Specialty Gases business growth & profitability trajectory and participate in the dynamic Semiconductor market. In this position, you and your team will collaborate with key stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Fulfillment, and Sourcing to ensure the asset and network performance meets business requirements and beats the market benchmark in cost, quality and supply resiliency. The recent Specialty Gases business performance, combined with the dynamic market trends have created a significant need for profitable and sustainable growth, enabled by investment into the market differentiation of our value chains. This role will be critical to ensure the required needs of the business, across the supply chain, are in-place and ready to support customer requirements. The scope of this role includes a responsibility for a significant level of operational & capital expenditure maximizing sustainable market differentiation. Focus areas will be: Responsible for the long-term assets and network strategy required to support the Specialty Gases business. Translate the business (market) strategies and requirements into detailed value chain plans to optimize their cost, quality and supply resiliency. Lead the commercial planning and development of capital projects for all production, fleet and warehousing assets (e.g., budget management, business rationale, prioritization, & reporting). Guide supply and capacity related items associated with fleet, quality, production, and other fulfillment activities. Utilize asset infrastructure to achieve the lowest cost / highest service model of fulfillment. Support quality and customer issue resolution with regards to complaint management, supply issues, product-related problems. Support new product development process (NPI) to successfully introduce new products and establish product supply capabilities to meet business growth objectives. Work across all functions to ensure transition from pilot to small and high-volume manufacturing assets are designed to meet business needs at low cost and minimal asset intensity. Lead & develop a global team of asset/network managers. Location: Desired location is in US, Taiwan, or Korea

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Technical Field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in product management, project management-engineering, marketing, operations and/or supply chain
  • Experience with Chemical production systems.
