About The Position

Join us in shaping the future of the EAD business in the Americas! You will define the strategy and regional setup, leveraging your deep industry sales knowledge in oil & gas, chemicals, process industries, data centers, and maritime. Collaborating closely with the Finance Head of EAD, you will drive the implementation of our overarching strategy while building strong partnerships with EPCs, developers, and end clients. Your leadership will guide a global team, ensuring effective execution and transformation across the organization. Representing EAD within the Siemens Energy America Hub, you will engage with existing clients and work towards market expansion and enhanced customer experience.

Requirements

  • A degree in a technical field, Business Administration, or a relevant subject area. At least 10 years of experience in oil & gas, chemicals, process industries, data centers, and maritime industry sales. 15+ years' experience is preferred.
  • Experience in engaging with a diverse, solution-oriented team focused on industrial decarbonization.
  • Proven leadership skills within a matrix organization to deliver results. A passion for leading and connecting people to drive business transformation.
  • Strong digitalization and communication skills to implement collaborative strategies.
  • A track record of building high-performance teams and finding lean solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (domestic or international).
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
