Job Overview: As a Senior Relationship Manager on the Strategic Relationships team, you will play a critical role in advancing Lord Abbett’s enterprise strategy across the custodial, turnkey asset management platform (TAMP), and alternative investment ecosystems. This highly strategic role focuses on deep engagement with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, SEI, Envestnet, Orion, CAIS, iCapital, and other key platforms that shape advisor access, influence flows, and drive firmwide growth. Reporting directly to the Partner, Head of Strategic Relationships, you will develop and execute platform-level strategies, strengthen senior relationships, and translate platform architecture and advisor behavior into actionable commercial opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of the independent advisory landscape, strong strategic acumen, and the ability to coordinate with internal partners across the firm to drive measurable outcomes.
