About The Position

A fast-growing handbag and accessories brand platform is hiring a senior leader to modernize product development through AI and smart systems design. Reporting to the CEO, this role will transform how handbags move from concept to commercialization, improving speed, margin visibility, and creative confidence. This is not about chasing AI trends. It’s about building better product creation infrastructure for fashion and accessories.

Requirements

• 8+ years in handbag, accessories, or fashion product development
• Experience owning full product lifecycle from concept to production
• Strong understanding of sourcing, materials, costing, and timelines
• Practical fluency with AI tools in creative or product workflows
• Proven ability to lead transformation in complex organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy across handbag design and product development
• Redesign end-to-end product creation workflows (design, sampling, costing, sourcing)
• Reduce physical sampling and shorten development cycles
• Improve early-stage margin and cost intelligence
• Build scalable systems across brands and global teams
• Establish governance and AI best practice
