About The Position

Raymond James is seeking a senior enterprise operator to lead and scale a high-volume Advisor Transitions organization within our Operations division support our domestic Private Client Group Business. This function is mission-critical to advisor recruiting, retention, and firm growth. The organization transitions approximately 425 advisor teams annually and includes roughly 150 associates across project management, onboarding, technology support and operational readiness. We are seeking a senior leader who can integrate quickly while managing relationships with key PCG stakeholders, maintain operational rigor, and organizational transformation to sustainably scale the function. This role should be viewed as the COO of Transitions, with enterprise visibility and impact. This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be a minimum of 3 per week, averaging 12 days per month, at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Headquarters.

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience

  • Financial services experience strongly preferred (wealth management, custodian, clearing, brokerage, or large-scale onboarding environments)
  • Series 7 - Not required, but highly preferred.
