The Head of Accounting and Reporting is a result-oriented professional who will oversee all aspects of Accounting and Reporting for Building Envelope. The candidate will need to work collaboratively with the business to ensure integrity, standardization, and compliance with corporate guidelines as it relates to chart of accounts, accounting policies, business processes that impact the financial systems, and SOX controls across the organization. This candidate will help define, in conjunction with the Corporate Accounting team and the businesses, the overall roadmap for the Building Envelope to ensure strict accounting and controls standards are achieved in a timely manner as we become a US publicly listed company. The successful candidate will lead, coach and develop a team of accounting professionals, work closely with the BE CFO, Business Unit Heads of Finance, and the operational Business Unit Heads.
