About The Position

Disciple MMA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head MMA Coach to join our team in Brassfield, North Carolina. Our gym is dedicated to fostering a supportive and disciplined environment where athletes of all levels can excel in mixed martial arts. The Head MMA Coach will be responsible for leading our training programs, mentoring athletes, and helping them develop their skills in various disciplines of MMA. We are looking for a coach with proficiency in one or more of the following areas: Wrestling, Submission Grappling, Kickboxing/Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the disciplines listed above.
• Experience coaching or competing in MMA or related martial arts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring athletes.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students of all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective training plans for athletes at all skill levels (beginner to advanced).
• Lead group classes and provide one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Foster a positive and disciplined training environment.
• Prepare and corner fighters for competition, if applicable.
• Maintain and promote gym culture and values.
• Collaborate with gym management to ensure a high-quality training experience.
