About The Position
American International College is seeking a dedicated individual to provide coaching and instruction to student-athletes. The role involves individual and team instruction on rules, fundamentals, and techniques necessary for satisfactory performance. Responsibilities include assessing skill attainment, designing practice activities, and supervising practice sessions while ensuring the physical well-being of players. The coach will also collaborate with the Office of Admissions to recruit new student-athletes, monitor academic progress in coordination with the Academic Resource Center, and maintain compliance with NCAA rules. Additional duties include budget management, community relations, fundraising, and ensuring the well-being of student-athletes in collaboration with athletic trainers. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to the academic success of student-athletes.
