About The Position
The Head Men's Basketball Coach at Alexander Central High School is responsible for overseeing the entire basketball program, ensuring adherence to athletic policies, and implementing regulations set by the Alexander County Schools Board of Education. The coach will establish the fundamental philosophy, skills, and techniques to be taught by the staff, and will conduct training sessions, clinics, and meetings to ensure staff awareness of the program. The coach will also maintain discipline among athletes, assist in scheduling and logistics for events, and ensure compliance with eligibility requirements.
